How many sessions will I need?
That varies according to what you are attending for. After an initial free consultation I will be able to give you an estimate of how many sessions you will likely need. Since all people and their difficulties are individual, the number of sessions varies from person to person. Some usual ranges would be –
For weight management usually between 2 and 4 sessions.
For Fears, Stress, Anxieties that can be easily identified usually between 2 and 6 sessions. Where the issues are more “free floating” and unspecified then ten to twelve sessions may be required to see significant improvements with your concerns.
Successfully Stopping Smoking is a little different – you will walk in as a smoker and leave a couple of hours later completely free of your old smoking habit.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
You must contact me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
If you miss your appointment, or give less than 24 hours notice, you will still need to pay the full appointment administration cost.
